Real framing, not just a shell
Turn the cladding off and there's structure under it — columns, trusses, purlins, girts, headers and bracing placed where a crew would actually put them, across post frame, red iron and stick frame. Why that matters at quote time.
Multi-level framing
Basement, first floor and second floor, framed and rendered. Interior partitions, bearing walls, floor systems and stairs modeled inside the shell. If you sell barndominiums or finished shops, the inside of the building is designed, not left as empty volume.
Material takeoffs and permit plans
Member-level takeoffs with sizes and lengths, and downloadable permit-ready plan sets — plans, elevations and framing layouts generated from the same model so they stay consistent through revisions.
