Who We Are

Redline 3D is a 3D building configurator and quoting platform for steel, post frame, and stick frame building dealers. This policy covers the Redline 3D marketing site and the Redline 3D application at portal.redline3d.com.

What We Collect

Account and trial signup

When you start a free trial we collect and store the following in our customer record:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name, where you provide it
• Account creation date, trial start and end dates, and subscription status
• Whether your email address has been verified

Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never stored in readable form by us.

Configurations and quotes

Buildings you configure, pricing you set, and quotes and contracts you generate are stored in your account so you can return to them. Where you use the customer-facing Website 3D Designer, leads submitted through it are stored in your dealer dashboard for you to act on.

Automatically collected

Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring page. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel on the trial signup page to measure advertising performance; it fires only after an account is successfully created.

How We Use It

• To create, secure, and support your account
• To deliver the configurator, pricing engine, and quote outputs
• To contact you about your trial, your subscription, and product changes
• To measure and improve the product and our advertising

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your dealer pricing or customer lists with other dealers.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the product:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting
• Meta — advertising measurement on the trial signup page

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

Retention

We keep account and configuration data for as long as your account is open. If you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@redline3d.com. You can opt out of product and marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message; we will still send essential account and billing notices. Most browsers let you block cookies, though parts of the application require them to keep you signed in.

Security

Access to the application requires authentication, traffic is served over HTTPS, and dealer data is scoped to the account that owns it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Children

Redline 3D is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
