These terms govern your use of the Redline 3D website and application. By starting a trial or using the application you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Redline 3D provides a 3D building configurator, a pricing engine, and quote and contract outputs for post frame, red iron, and stick frame buildings. Plans and current pricing are listed on our pricing page.
New accounts get a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial your access ends unless you start a paid subscription. We may change or end trial availability at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the rate shown when you subscribe. Fees are quoted in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at support@redline3d.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the building configurations, pricing, quotes, contracts, and customer information you put into Redline 3D. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing you configure and for the quotes and contracts you send to your customers.
This is important. Redline 3D produces material takeoffs, cut lists, elevations, sheet layouts, and price estimates as planning and sales tools. They are not stamped engineering drawings and are not a substitute for review by a licensed engineer or for local permitting, code compliance, and site conditions. You are responsible for verifying quantities, dimensions, structural adequacy, and pricing before you order material or contract with a customer.
We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features described as roadmap items are not committed delivery dates.
The Redline 3D software, models, interface, and branding remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redline 3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or material ordered in reliance on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for breach of these terms, and will give notice where it is reasonable to do so. You can request an export of your data before your account closes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
